From the magical world of The Gruffalo & Friends Clubhouse, you’ll be at the heart of the action. Whether you’re welcoming visitors, keeping our spaces sparkling, or helping guests find that perfect souvenir, you’ll make every moment unforgettable.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it):

• Spread smiles by delivering top-notch customer service to visitors of all ages.
• Boost the fun (and sales!) by upselling exciting extras and merchandise.
• Keep our attraction looking its best, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
• Master the art of teamwork, working closely with the Commercial team to keep things running smoothly.

These are seasonal, fixed term positions, contracted from February to November. Offering full-time and part-time hours, our attractions are open daily so full availability is needed, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience

• You’ve got a knack for customer service and love interacting with people.
• A friendly, dynamic personality that lights up the room.
• Excellent communication and a passion for creating magical experiences.
• Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and all the moments in between.

Pay Range

Compensation between GBP £7.75/Hr.-GBP £12.21/Hr.
