Hours: Hours: Weekend role only

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, we are getting ready for our 2026 season, and we are recruiting Birthday Hosts to join our AWESOME commercial Team!

Our Birthday Hosts create, coordinate and deliver magical birthday celebrations for our guests, ensuring every child and family enjoys a truly memorable day. We are looking for enthusiastic, approachable and confident individuals who love engaging with children and families and have a passion for delivering unforgettable birthday experiences. Attention to detail, energy and a warm, friendly manner are essential to making every celebration feel special.

In this role, you will be responsible for hosting birthday experiences from start to finish, ensuring guests make the most of their visit and enjoy an exceptional celebration. This may include coordinating party activities, supporting entertainment moments, liaising with operational teams.

Naturally, our Birthday Hosts hold themselves to the highest standards of professionalism, safety and guest care, setting a positive example across the entire resort while creating magical memories that last a lifetime.

Qualifications & Experience

• Flexible attitude

• Attention to detail

• Previous children’s entertainment experience desired but not essential

• Full enhanced DBS check will be required for successful candidate.

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for a VIP Birthdays Host to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
