We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in leading daily retail operations. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your retail leadership experience with a dynamic attractions environment where no two days are the same.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Retail Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading and inspiring the Retail Team while ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and a safe, welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
You'll:
- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering world-class guest experiences every day.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve service, sales, and operational goals.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of the Retail Team.
- Drive retail performance through effective merchandising, inventory control, and sales initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to revenue growth across retail operations.
- Manage guest concerns professionally and ensure effective guest recovery when needed.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, visual presentation, and operational compliance.
- Assist with labor planning, scheduling, and staff utilization to meet business needs.
- Support stock management, inventory accuracy, replenishment processes, and stock takes.
- Act as a Duty Manager when required, helping oversee the daily operation of the attraction.
- Foster a positive, fun, and guest-obsessed team culture.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident, energetic leader who enjoys working alongside their team and creating memorable guest experiences.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- College degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail, hospitality, visitor attraction, or similar customer-focused environment.
- Proven experience leading teams and driving operational success.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Experience with merchandising, inventory management, and retail operations.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and people management abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable using retail systems, POS systems, and inventory management tools.
