We're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Retail Shift Lead to help lead daily operations, inspire front-line team members, and ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their leadership journey while making a meaningful impact every day.
The ideal candidate will be available to work days, nights, weekends, and major retail holidays and will have some inventory knowledge and proficiency in restocking.
What You'll Do
As a Retail Shift Lead, you'll be a key part of the attraction's leadership team, supporting daily operations and helping deliver world-class experiences for guests and families.
Lead Daily Operations
- Serve as the Supervisor on Duty and support the smooth operation of the attraction.
- Coordinate and delegate daily assignments to front-line team members.
- Ensure efficient guest flow and queue management during peak periods.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by upholding all health and safety standards.
Inspire and Develop Your Team
- Lead by example and create a culture of exceptional guest service.
- Train and coach team members in operational procedures, safety standards, and retail best practices.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to help team members grow and succeed.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and collaborative workplace culture.
Deliver Amazing Guest Experiences
- Create memorable interactions for guests of all ages.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Empower team members to confidently deliver guest recovery when needed.
- Champion a "guest-obsessed" mindset throughout the team.
Support Department Success
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, stocking, scheduling, and operational tasks.
- Maintain accurate training and operational records.
- Help drive department standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong customer service and guest engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to effectively train, coach, and motivate others.
- Passion for creating memorable experiences for children and families.
- Positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude.
Preferred Experience
- At least six months of experience in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, retail, or another customer-focused environment.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume guest environment.
