Qualifications & Experience

About the Role 🌟

As a Retail Shift Lead, you’ll support the Retail Supervisor and Management team in the day-to-day operation of our retail locations. You’ll act as a leader on the floor, guiding team members, driving sales, and ensuring every guest interaction is filled with smiles and memorable moments.

You may also step in as Supervisor on Duty, helping oversee multiple departments to ensure smooth park operations.

What You’ll Be Doing 🚀

In this exciting role, you will:

• 🛍️ Support daily retail operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and fun
• 🌟 Lead by example as a visible, engaging presence on the sales floor
• 😊 Deliver world-class guest service for families and young children
• 📈 Help drive revenue by maximizing per capita spending and transaction values
• 👥 Motivate, coach, and support team members during shifts
• 🎯 Assist in achieving KPI targets and operational goals
• 🧾 Support merchandising, stock control, and inventory processes
• 📚 Assist with onboarding and ongoing team training
• 🧹 Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety
• 🛟 Ensure all health, safety, and operational procedures are followed
• 🔄 Step into Supervisor-on-Duty responsibilities as needed across departments

About You 🐽

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• ✔ Previous retail and/or customer service experience (required)
• ✔ Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• ✔ A fun, outgoing, and approachable personality
• ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• ✔ Passion for working with children and families
• ✔ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• ✔ High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)

Pay Range

USD $17.50/Hr.
