We have some excellent Ice Rink Hosts opportunities for this coming Christmas 2026 at Warwick Castle, the UK’s most exciting Castle!

We are looking for customer-focused, enthusiastic and competent Ice Rink Hosts to join us at Warwick Castle to help us deliver unforgettable experiences for all our guests of all ages on the ice rink!

If you're a confident skater with a passion for providing customer service, this will be the perfect role for you, to cover the Christmas period.

As an Ice Rink Host, you’ll be welcoming our guests, being that friendly face on hand to ensure they have a smooth and exciting experience from the moment they arrive. You’ll handle everything from ticket scanning to skate exchanges, ensuring safety on the rink and at times, installing confidence.

You’ll be on hand to help maintain the rink and equipment, making sure everything is fit for purpose and up to our high Merlin standards.

In this Ice Rink Host role, no two days are the same. This is a high-energy role, which a lot of laughs and smiles will be created. Every day will be about creating fantastic memories for all our guests!

We are offering 3 - 4 shifts per week across a 7-week duration which will start week commencing 15th November 2026 and go on until 4th January 2027. The attraction is to open on Saturday, 21st November where you would have had a week’s training beforehand.

In peak periods, the rink opens at 10am, and closes at 8pm, with 10 skate sessions, each lasting 45 minutes!

We ask for full flexibility within this Ice Rink Host position as you must be able to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and Christmas holidays i.e. Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. We will not be open on Christmas Day.

Qualifications & Experience

• You'll be a proficient ice skater / skater who is able to physically assist guests on the ice.
• Have strong customer care and customer focus wwith past experience in customer-facing roles.
• Possess great communication skills.
• You'll be flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Positive, adaptable attitude toward assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Pay Range

From GBP £12.81/Hr.
