Housekeeping Checker
Location: Alton Towers Resort
Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences through spotless standards and team spirit? Alton Towers Resort is on the lookout for a Housekeeping Checker to help us keep the magic sparkling across our Hotels!
About the Role:
As a Housekeeping Checker, you'll be the go-to person for maintaining top-tier cleanliness and room standards throughout our Resort Hotels. You’ll lead, inspire, and support a team of Room Attendants, making sure every guest walks into a space that’s pristine, welcoming, and on-brand.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage housekeeping teams in your area, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Motivate team members daily, encouraging a positive, can-do attitude to deliver exceptional service.
- Train and develop Room Attendants to ensure consistency in skills, standards, and performance.
- Communicate regularly with your team to align goals and maintain a cohesive, collaborative environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience leading or supporting housekeeping teams to deliver high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Proven ability to motivate and guide team members to provide exceptional guest service.
- Experience training and coaching Room Attendants to maintain consistent quality and performance standards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate and support a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring guest rooms and public areas consistently meet brand and operational standards.
