We’re looking for a skilled, dependable, and guest-focused Hotels Facilities Technician to help maintain our hotel buildings, guest rooms, public spaces, and resort infrastructure to the highest standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and taking pride in creating safe and welcoming environments, this is an exciting opportunity to build your career in hospitality maintenance.The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC and be available to work a varying schedule during afternoons and nights including weekends and holidays.

What You’ll Do

As a Hotels Facilities Technician, you’ll help ensure our hotels remain safe, functional, clean, and guest-ready every day.

Maintenance & Repairs

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and hotel spaces including:
    • Plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, drains)
    • Drywall and painting
    • Carpentry and door hardware
    • Lighting and basic electrical troubleshooting
    • HVAC troubleshooting and repair (PTACs and split systems)
  • Respond quickly and professionally to guest maintenance requests
  • Help maintain public areas, hotel amenities, corridors, and exterior spaces
  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and improve room readiness

Guest Experience & Quality

  • Ensure all work meets high-quality “guest-ready” presentation standards
  • Conduct inspections to identify maintenance or safety concerns before they impact guests
  • Work closely with Housekeeping and Front Office teams to support room availability and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a professional, service-oriented presence while working in guest-occupied spaces

Operations & Teamwork

  • Utilize work order systems (CMMS/HxGn) to manage and complete tasks efficiently
  • Support hotel projects, seasonal transitions, renovations, and special events
  • Assist with emergency or after-hours response when needed to support resort operations
  • Help return out-of-order rooms back into service quickly and efficiently

Qualifications & Experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of hotel, facilities, building maintenance, or related experience preferred
  • Knowledge of plumbing, painting, drywall, lighting, carpentry, and basic electrical troubleshooting
  • Basic HVAC knowledge preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality work
  • High school diploma or GED required
