Are you ready to take the next step in your career and help create memorable stays for families from around the world? At LEGOLAND® Florida Resort, we're looking for a passionate, guest-focused leader to join our Hotels team as a Hotel Senior Host.

In this role, you'll be a key part of delivering the world-class service and unforgettable experiences that make LEGOLAND Florida Resort a destination unlike any other. You'll support daily hotel operations, coach and develop fellow Model Citizens, and help ensure every guest's adventure begins and ends with exceptional hospitality.

What You'll Be Building Every Day

Create Awesome Guest Experiences

  • Help create memorable stays by resolving guest concerns, enhancing experiences, and supporting operational excellence.
  • Monitor and manage guest and operational requests through hotel systems and digital platforms.
  • Respond to real-time operational needs, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and teams alike.
  • Serve as a central point of communication between departments to keep hotel operations running smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare operational reports, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Inspire and Support Fellow Model Citizens

  • Lead by example through positivity, professionalism, and a commitment to our LEGOLAND values.
  • Support the development, engagement, and success of our Model Citizens through coaching and mentorship.
  • Assist with training and onboarding efforts to help teams deliver exceptional service.
  • Serve as Leader on Duty when scheduled or in the absence of a Supervisor or Manager.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and fun.

Drive Operational Excellence & Safety

  • Champion Merlin's Health, Safety, and Security standards while helping create a safe environment for guests and Model Citizens.
  • Support incident response and ensure all reporting requirements are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Identify operational risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Encourage a culture where safety, guest service, and operational excellence are everyone's responsibility.

Qualifications & Experience

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys leading others, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities to make a difference.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality, tourism, or business-related coursework is a plus.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, guest services, or customer service environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using computers and hotel management systems.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak operating periods.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical duties for extended periods.
