Do you have a passion for the Leisure and Entertainment industry and enjoy creating unforgettable experiences for guests? Join the Guest Experience Crew at Madame Tussauds Amsterdam and work in one of the city's most exciting attractions, surrounded by famous figures such as Martin Garrix, Beyoncé and Johnny Depp.

We are looking for enthusiastic and social people who enjoy meeting others, having fun at work and making every guest's visit a memorable one.

About the roleAs part of the Guest Experience Crew, no two days are quite the same. You could be welcoming guests at reception, working behind the till, selling souvenirs, serving at the bar or walking around the attraction making sure everyone is having a great time.

Your responsibilities include:

• Making guests feel welcome and providing great service.
• Working in different areas of the attraction, including reception, retail and the bar.
• Handling sales and payments and selling tickets, souvenirs and refreshments.
• Interacting with guests and helping create a fun and memorable experience.
• Being proactive and going the extra mile when guests need help.
• Working together with your colleagues and helping wherever needed.

Kwalificaties en ervaring

What we're looking for

• You are social and enjoy talking to people.
• You are enthusiastic and like making others happy.
• You are not afraid to approach guests and start a conversation.
• You are flexible and happy to take on different tasks.
• You speak Dutch and English.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are available to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays and holiday periods.
• You are a team player and enjoy working in a busy environment.
