We are looking for enthusiastic and social people who enjoy meeting others, having fun at work and making every guest's visit a memorable one.
About the roleAs part of the Guest Experience Crew, no two days are quite the same. You could be welcoming guests at reception, working behind the till, selling souvenirs, serving at the bar or walking around the attraction making sure everyone is having a great time.
Your responsibilities include:
Making guests feel welcome and providing great service.
Working in different areas of the attraction, including reception, retail and the bar.
Handling sales and payments and selling tickets, souvenirs and refreshments.
Interacting with guests and helping create a fun and memorable experience.
Being proactive and going the extra mile when guests need help.
Working together with your colleagues and helping wherever needed.
