At Peppa Pig World of Play, our Guest Experience Leads help support the team that creates memorable experiences for all the families that visit our attraction! This is a hands-on, entry-level leadership role where youâll learn how to lead in a fun, fast-paced environment â with support from experienced supervisors and managers every step of the way.
Youâll never be expected to figure things out alone. We work as a team, and our leaders are always there to support you!
Qualifications & Experience
đĽ What Youâll Do
- Help support the Guest Experience team during daily operations
- Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed
- Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience
- Help train and motivate team members
- Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families
- Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day
