Qualifications & Experience

• Support daily guest operations and team flow
• Help manage queues and guest areas during busy times
• Assist guests and resolve concerns with a positive attitude
• Support and guide team members on shift
• Keep safety and cleanliness standards high

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, active environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus (not required)
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
