We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Casual Guest Experience Hosts at SEA LIFE Sydney.

About the role

As a Guest Experience Host, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and engaging educational experiences for our guests. Our hosts interact with guests, and participate in scheduled entertainment offerings, ensuring an immersive and memorable experience for visitors of all ages.

Key Accountabilities

· Engage with guests in an enthusiastic and friendly manner, enhancing their experience through interactions and participating in stationed guest interaction areas.

· Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our animals and their environments, with a focus on biology, ecology, and conservation.

· Provide consistently high levels of guest service to help drive satisfaction and meet customer experience KPIs.

· Follow all health and safety protocols, including daily operation of the Penguin Boat Ride.

· Adhere to the attraction's values and guest service expectations.

About you

To thrive in this role, you’ll need outstanding communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service. If fast-paced environments excite you and you’re passionate about the tourism and attractions industry, we’d love to hear from you!

· Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

· Availability to work across all NSW school holidays and public holidays

· A genuine enthusiasm for the tourism and attractions industry
