If so, we have an exciting opportunity just for you! We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Flexi Guest Experience Supervisor at Madame Tussauds Sydney & WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo.

To be considered, you must be available to work across all NSW school holidays and public holidays, along with some availability outside this period including weekdays and weekends.

About the role

This unique role allows you to explore two dynamic attractions! As a Flexi Guest Experience Supervisor at both Madame Tussauds Sydney and WILDLIFE Sydney Zoo, you will be a superstar Guest Experience Host, flexing up into a supervisor position as and when needed. You will lead the Guest Experience team by example, supporting the Duty Supervisors and the Guest Excellence Manager in the efficient, effective and safe day-to day running of the attraction, with a strong focus on putting smiles on our guests’ faces.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient functioning of all MTS and WLSZ zones and Guest Experience run activities including Dark Ride, Koala Photos and talks/presentations

• Maximise guest satisfaction by actively engaging with all guests who enter the site.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience

• Lead the Guest Experience team by example and provide support to Duty Supervisors.

• Develop and deliver innovative ways of communicating the unique brand and history of Madame Tussauds and WILDLIFE.

• Following all health, safety and security practices and acting as an attraction warden. Ensuring that safety and wellbeing of all team and guests remains number one priority.

• Can complete our second gate experience Dark Ride 7D as Operator and/or Host. Adhering to Code of Safe Work Practice associated to this experience as per Merlin Standards.

• Be truly Guest Obsessed and ensuring a guest always comes first approach

• Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced environment

• Take ownership over the day to day running of the attractions, ensuring figures and displays are looking show-ready, spaces are clean and tidy, and the attraction is in safe operating condition. The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program and on-going mentoring to provide them with all the skills; information & resources they require to deliver world-class experience standards.

About You

Key expectations include:

• Genuine guest interaction in all areas of the attraction, creating connections with people from all over the world • To be adaptable and remain calm under pressure

• Flexible and adaptable approach.

• Ability to multi-task

• To have at least 3 days availability, including one weekend day

• To clearly and effectively communicate and minimise all risk of misunderstandings where possible

• Adhere to our core values through language, behaviour and actions

• Follow all health, safety and security practices
