Front of House Assistant
Job Description
What you'll bring to the team
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest service and creating memorable experiences
- A positive, friendly, and approachable attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage guests and provide clear information
- A proactive approach to problem solving and supporting smooth operations across Front of House
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A strong team ethic, with the ability to build great working relationships
- Attention to detail, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety are maintained
- Motivation to achieve targets, including guest satisfaction and sales performance
- A willingness to learn and develop knowledge of the resort and its products
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience working in a fast-paced or guest-facing environment is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- A high level of self-motivation and reliability
- Willingness to follow company procedures, including health & safety policies
- Flexibility to work across different Front of House areas, including car park and admissions
