🎉 Be the Face of the FunWelcome guests with energy, enthusiasm, and a big smile while bringing Merlin's values to life in every interaction.

🌟 Create Awesome MemoriesTurn ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences by engaging with guests and spreading LEGO magic throughout the attraction.

🚀 Keep the Adventure FlowingHelp manage attractions and queues so guests can spend less time waiting and more time having fun.

🧹 Make It ShineKeep our attraction looking amazing by ensuring public areas are clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.

🔑 Power the Magic Behind the ScenesSupport opening and closing procedures and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications & Experience

About You

• 🎢 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!

• 😄 Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.

• 🗣️ Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.

• 🚀 Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.

• 📅 Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!
