Cash Office Supervisor

Location: Alton Towers Resort

We are looking for a Cash Office Supervisor to join our dynamic finance team. This role is key to ensuring that all financial transactions across the resort are processed accurately and securely. If you have a strong attention to detail, are highly organised, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately count and reconcile daily takings from various outlets across the resort.

- Maintain security and control of cash, including safe and float management.

- Ensure timely banking of all cash.

- Process payments and ensure proper documentation is maintained.

- Assist with resolving any discrepancies or errors related to cash handling.

- Maintain up-to-date records and reports for audits and internal reviews.

- Liaise with department managers and supervisors regarding cash discrepancies.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures relating to cash handling and security.

- Work closely with our brand partners (OCS, Aramark, Venu+ & HBL)

Applicants must be 18 or over.

Qualifications & Experience

• Due to the nature of this role we can only accept applications from candidates 18 and over
• Previous experience in a cash handling or finance role is desirable but not essential.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Weekday working hours only (Monday – Friday)
• Full-time working 5 days a week

Pay Range

Compensation between GBP £13.40/Hr.-GBP £13.40/Hr.
