🌟 Job Summary
As an Admissions Shift Lead, you’ll be the go-to superstar for keeping our Admissions operations running smoothly and magically! 🪄 You’ll guide, support, and motivate our amazing team of Hosts to deliver world-class guest service while creating smiles that last all day long. 😄
You’ll act as the Supervisor on Duty, lead by example, and jump into host positions when needed. If you love building fun experiences, leading energetic teams, and making every guest feel special — this role is your perfect fit! 🧩
Qualifications & Experience
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 🧭 Oversee the smooth daily operation of multiple departments — Admissions, Attractions, Food & Beverage, and Retail.
- 🎟️ Delegate and monitor team assignments to keep everything running like a well-oiled LEGO machine.
- 💬 Inspire your team to be guest-obsessed and deliver top-tier service with a smile.
- 🦺 Uphold all health, safety, and cleanliness standards — keeping guests and staff happy and safe.
- 🚦 Manage guest queues and flow efficiently to keep the fun moving!
- 🤝 Handle guest questions and concerns with care, coordinating with other departments as needed.
- 🎓 Lead Host training sessions on ride safety, food safety, retail standards, and more — and keep great records.
- 💪 Empower your team to deliver amazing guest recovery moments when needed.
- 📈 Coach team members, celebrate wins, and help everyone grow.
- 📦 Support daily operations including training, inventory, scheduling, and team engagement.
- 🧩 Jump in wherever needed to make the guest experience awesome!
🎓 Education & Experience
- 🎓 High school diploma or GED required.
- 🎠 At least 6 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or service industry preferred.
- 🎭 Passion for entertaining families and creating magical experiences.
- 🗣️ Strong communication and motivational skills — you’re a natural leader who knows how to make work fun!
- 👥 Experience training or coaching others is a plus.
🏅 Licenses & Certifications
Must be able to obtain any required certifications to safely and effectively perform your duties.
🚗 Travel
Occasional local travel may be required.

🕐 Working Conditions
- 🎢 Flexible schedule — mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 💻 Comfortable using basic computer tools.
- 🏃 Ability to stand, walk, and move around the attraction for most of your shift.
- 💪 May lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
