Job Description

What you'll bring to the team

Be the first smile. Set the tone. Lead the fun.

As an Admissions Lead, you’re not just supporting a front desk — you’re owning the first impression of the entire guest experience. Every family’s day starts with your team, and you’ll make sure it starts strong.

This is a support role, where you’ll be on the floor guiding your team, managing guest flow, and jumping in whenever needed to keep things running smoothly.

Qualifications & Experience

🌟 What You’ll Do

You’ll balance real-time leadership + guest experience ownership every shift:

  • Lead daily Admissions operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient guest entry
  • Assign, support, and motivate front-line team members throughout the day
  • Own the guest arrival experience — ensuring energy, efficiency, and service standards are consistently met
  • Actively manage queues and guest flow during peak periods
  • Step into host roles as needed and lead by example on the floor
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and confidently handle guest recovery situations
  • Coach, train, and develop team members to elevate performance and engagement
  • Support training across safety, service standards, and operational procedures
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
  • Partner with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey across the attraction
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, and daily operational support

🎯 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment:

Required:

  • Experience in guest service, hospitality, retail, or attractions
  • Previous experience leading, coaching, or training a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay organized and calm in a high-volume environment
  • Comfort using POS systems and basic technology
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred:

  • Experience in theme parks, entertainment, or high-traffic venues
