This position is perfect for future leaders who love being on the floor, supporting a team, and making sure each guest’s visit starts with smiles and excitement 🌈🎟️

As an Admissions Shift Lead, you’ll balance guest-facing action with real-time support - coaching team members, managing guest flow, and jumping in wherever needed to keep the experience safe, playful, and seamless. In a warm, supportive environment, you’ll grow your leadership skills while helping create magical memories for young children and their families 🐷✨

What You’ll Do 🐽

As an Admissions Shift Lead, you’ll balance supporting your team with guest-facing action. You’ll jump in, support your team, and help create an amazing experience for every guest.

Day to day, you will:

• Support daily Admissions operations to ensure safe, efficient, and guest-ready entry 🎟️🛟

• Assign, guide, and support front-line hosts throughout each shift 🗂️💬

• Actively manage queues and guest flow during busy periods ⏱️➡️

• Step into host positions when needed 🌟

• Deliver outstanding guest service and confidently handle guest recovery situations 😊🛠️

• Uphold all health, safety, and operational standards 🧼⚠️

• Partner with other departments to resolve issues quickly and maintain a smooth guest experience 🔄🤝

• Assist with scheduling, inventory, stocking, and team engagement with support from your leadership team 📅📦

What We’re Looking For 🌟

We’re looking for an energetic, people-first individual who loves working with children and families and enjoys making a difference in real time.

You’ll be successful if you have:

• A high school diploma or GED (college coursework or degree preferred) 🎓

• At least six months of experience in attractions, entertainment, childcare, hospitality, retail, or other guest-facing roles 🏰🐷

• Previous experience leading, training, or mentoring team members 🧑‍🏫

• Strong communication skills with a cheerful, positive style 💬😊

• A genuine passion for creating magical, playful experiences for young children and their families 💕👶

• Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic office technology 💻💳

• The ability to stay organized, calm, and guest-focused in a fast-paced environment 🧠⚡

• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons 📆🎄
