What you'll bring to the team
Admissions and Car Park Host
Location: Warwick Castle
Hours: Minimum of 5 hours per week, with availability to work weekends
This is a 2026 seasonal role, availability and commitment is most important to support our visitors and guests during the day and at our scheduled evening events!
Be the first point of contact for guests and deliver exceptional service in line with Warwick Castle and Merlin standards. You’ll support smooth entry, parking, and ticketing while promoting our brand and products.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, efficient assistance.
- Handle ticket sales, scanning, and queue management using Accesso system.
- Direct traffic and park cars/coaches safely following risk assessments.
- Promote Warwick Castle experiences and Merlin products.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and brand presentation.
- Resolve guest enquiries and escalate issues promptly.
- Support revenue growth through upselling (e.g., Castle Dungeon, Annual Passes).
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures and accurate till transactions.
- Contribute ideas for improving service and operations.
- Work as part of a positive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications & Experience
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach.
- Clear communication and ability to handle guest queries confidently.
- Team player with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for long periods.
- Must be flexible, available to work weekends, bank holidays.
