We’re looking for a Ticketing & Merchandising Specialist to join our UK Ticket & Merchandising team and help shape the future of how millions of guests experience Merlin attractions.

In this dynamic and autonomous role, you’ll play a vital part in managing and optimising Merlin’s ticketing systems (including Accesso) to support the success of our attractions across the region. You’ll collaborate with marketing, trade, operations and finance teams to ensure ticketing strategies are executed seamlessly and efficiently – driving both sales and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Configuring, testing, and launching new ticketing packages with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensuring accurate setup and timely updates across all attractions, meeting SLAs and audit standards.
  • Conducting thorough testing and peer reviews before go-live to guarantee quality and consistency.
  • Maintaining best practices in merchandising presentation and ticketing integrations.
  • Supporting audits, providing training, and sharing expertise with internal stakeholders.
  • Contributing to cross-regional projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Global Ticketing Team.

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience managing ticketing and eCommerce applications, with knowledge of Accesso or similar systems highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable ability to build relationships with vendors, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Merlin’s brands, product offerings, and operational processes is an advantage.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English; additional language skills are beneficial.
