
Production Project Manager (Spain)
Job Description
Security Clearance: Spanish Citizen or dual national
Must speak fluent Spanish with fluency in English (C1 Level)
Salary: depending on experience

The opportunity:
MBDA España is looking for a Production Project Manager to join their experienced and expanding team.
What you’ll do
- You’ll be defining delivery plans working with Programmes teams to help find the best balance between customer requirements and industrial performance.
- Define and monitor the delivery plan and production Cost at Completion (C@C)
- Monitor the definition and progress of production plans in alignment with delivery timelines, and define/track action plans in case of deviations.
- Monitor achieved Unit Production Cost (UPC) against target UPC, defining and tracking action plans for any deviations.
- Manage the budget for production support contracts.
- Analyse production risks and manage mitigation/contingency plans.
- Manage relationships with Programs, Import/Export, Security, Procurement, Quality, Government Quality Control and the Customer.
What we're looking for from you:
- Education: Degree in Aerospace, Industrial, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Technical Knowledge: Production process Project Management, cost management, planning and scheduling, configuration management, import/export licenses management, transport and security, and digital production platforms (ERP, PLM).
- Industry Standards: Deep knowledge of the Aerospace and Defence sector along with their applicable production standards.
- Languages: Must be fluent English. French knowledge is desirable.
