What are we looking for?

  • Graduated from a Business School, or Degree from leading university
  • + 10 years’ experience leading deployment teams
  • Has led transformation programs
  • Has strong cross functional/ technical business knowledge
  • Has been part of leadership team.
  • Has SAP and other systems (SalesForce, B2B, planning , pricing) Implementation experience


What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Provides leadership and direction through Senior Managers and Managers
  • Manages other senior associates
  • Manages complex stakeholder management with other senior director peers, GLT members, general managers and market heads and senior leader from other segments/ divisions
  • Has accountability for the regional digital technology execution teams of the BTO Center of excellence
  • Adapts and executes deployment side of the business plans
  • Responsible for setting midterm strategy (1-3 years) for own area of responsibility
  • Decisions are guided by functional or major operational segment strategies and priorities
  • Leverages information technology to achieve business goals and to create new business opportunities.
  • Provides coordination with the analysis, acquisition, implementation and installation of new hardware and software. Takes systems and software packages and roll them out to end users for full operational use.

IT Project Management requires specific technical knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a technical process or project including:

  • Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
  • Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables
  • Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization
  • On some projects, where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
