EU Deploy Lead H/F/X

The role of the EU R&D Deploy Senior Manager Is to manage and prioritise all R&D activities (except Q&FS) in the EU region. Working In close collaboration with the regional and the global teams, this role will be responsible of deploying all products (Inno, reno and must dos), managing the prioritization and the execution of R&D and Quest activities in the region, managing R&D CVS activities in the region

The EU R&D Deploy Senior Manager will monitor the product performance and conformance Inthe region and will propose and contribute to prioritise global R&D projects.


What are we looking for?

  • Minimum Master’s degree in a scientific, food, or technical subject.
  • 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in R&D or Quality.
  • At least 3–5 years of line management experience.
  • Strong strategic agility, with the ability to adapt and drive change in dynamic environments.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Lead the R&D activities in the region:

- Product deployment

  • Being responsible of delivering Quest project OTIF
  • Influencing deployment plan according to available resources and Demand needs
  • Being accountable of adherence to process

Equipment/line validation

  • Being responsible of delivering the R&D part of the CVS process
  • Aligning R&D support with Regional stakeholder
  • Being responsible of the product validation part

Contribute to product performance

  • Monitor product performance and specification conformance within the region
  • Defining action plan to Improve product performance
  • Allocating resources and prioritize activities related to product performance
  • Escalating specific regional needs to global teams

Line manager responsibilities:

  • Being responsible of hiring, onboarding, training and assessing the performance of his/her team.
  • Being responsible of the engagement and of the development of his/her team.
  • Contributing to define R&D activities and priorities for the different regions.
  • Contributing to shape the Deploy Sub function and strategy.
