As our SEA Wet Product Development Associate, you’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to driving growth through innovation in wet pet food. What You’ll Do

As our SEA Wet Product Development Technologist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead R&D for innovation and renovation projects – Develop wet pet food products that delight pets and meet consumer needs
• Ensure compliance and consistency – Deliver products that meet Mars’ quality, safety, and nutritional standards
• Execute product development – Drive projects from kitchen prototypes to industrial scale-up and successful launch
• Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 5–10 years in food manufacturing or R&D, ideally in wet food or meat processing
• Strong in product development, scale-up, and technical problem-solving
• Agile learner with excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related field
