Mars Fishcare- Warehouse Associate- Chalfont, PA

• Pay based on experience starting at $22.10/Hour +
• Shift: Monday- Thursday 6:30am- 5pm (flexible pending business needs)

Description of Role:

Loading, unloading, moving, and storing materials within the warehouse facility to ensure smooth operations. Key duties include inventory management, order fulfillment, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining accurate documentation in the ERP system.

What are we looking for?

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a warehousing or manufacturing environment
• Experience operating a forklift
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication

Physical Requirements:

• Can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)
• Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping.
• Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces.
• Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hours
• Capable of working in hot, cold and wet conditions
• Proficient in understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in related area

• Forklift certification

• 2+ years’ experience in warehousing or manufacturing

• Comfortable with warehouse ERP systems
  

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Efficiently fill customer orders with accuracy and integrity
• Inventory management and order fulfillment
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs) and forklifts to safely move products
• Maintain site associate safety and accountability in accordance with Mars Quality & Food Safety standards
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed
