  • Support investigations and corrective actions related to safety, quality, food safety, or operational incidents.
  • Ensure work areas and equipment are maintained in a clean, organized, and inspection-ready condition.

Asset Performance and Process Improvement

  • Monitor the performance of the Variety Pack and Palletizer assets, including output, downtime, waste, and schedule attainment.
  • Identify recurring equipment or process issues and work with Maintenance and Operations leadership to develop solutions.
  • Assist in developing, refining, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and standard work for both assets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, material flow, labor utilization, and equipment reliability.
  • Participate in continuous-improvement activities and help implement approved process changes.
  • Act as a change agent by encouraging associates to share ideas and participate in problem-solving.

Training and Team Support

  • Build capability across the team to close skill gaps and improve operational flexibility.
  • Verify that associates understand their daily responsibilities and have the resources needed to complete assigned work.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide feedback to leadership regarding training needs, performance concerns, and development opportunities.
  • Support Operations leadership in maintaining consistent expectations and accountability across both assets.
