Supply Chain Finance Manager

Job Description:

The Supply Chain Finance Manager is a critical role that will act as a key business partner to the Supply Chain Leadership Team (Commercial, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Planning, R&D, Engineering), providing financial analysis and insights for decision support to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and strategic growth across our supply chain operations in the cluster. Part to Unit’s Finance Leadership Team.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or similar qualification.

• English Upper Intermediate or above.

• +5 years in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferred experience in FMGCs.

• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point), knowledge of Power BI, SAP.

• Availability to travel to the Mercedes plant approximately six times per month.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead the annual and periodic forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes for the entire South Latam supply chain.

• Analyse and provide insights on performance and key drivers across raw and packs costs, manufacturing costs, logistics, inter-company purchases costs. Identify and drive cost-saving initiatives and track their financial impact.

• Inter-company sales pricing.

• Working Capital - inventory forecasting, reserves for obsolescence, and reconciliation.

• Provide financial analysis and support for CapEx projects financial analysis and execution.

• Control the integrity of financial data and adherence to internal controls within the supply chain
