Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Management and consultation of a variety of regulatory activities related to raw materials, finished products, product registration, labelling, claims, and packaging.
- Expert in applicable Mars Standards, External food laws, Legislation, Policies and regulations in accordance with internal processes.
- Product related Regulatory issues mitigation and risk management.
- Support in materialization of innovation, value stream and growth agendas.
- SRA Systems and Processes management.
- Responsible for assurance of claim statements, nutritional claims, communication, scripts, registrations, ingredients, formulas, labelling, packaging, trade requirements of manufactured, imported and exported products are in full compliance and trade legal in markets sold.
- SRA scope Management of Registration process for materials, products and claims.
- Deliver complex and strategically important local, regional or global SRA projects, through expertise and collaboration with Stakeholders.
Education & Professional Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical area, such as nutrition, food science, biology, chemistry, pharmacy or regulatory is preferred.
Knowledge/Experience:
5+ years of experience in scientific and regulatory compliance/affairs, preferably with a food, beverage, or consumer products company.
Experience in language translation.
