This position is responsible for creating, developing, and commercializing packaging initiatives that support the delivery of Value Leadership for Mars Snacking North America.

What are we looking for?

Minimum Requirements

• BS in Packaging Science (preferred) or other engineering/science related discipline or equivalent

• 6 -10 Years packaging development

• Up to 20% travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Food/CPG experience

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Defining foundational processes for packaging development and testing

• Leveraging internal and external networks

• Managing deliverables of multiple projects simultaneously

• Independently recommending and consulting on packaging platform solutions

• Effectively communicating projects details and risk in appropriate forum to all levels of organization including vendors and customers

• Provide technical support to troubleshoot key quality or manufacturing issues

• Being a passionate, engaged and active member of team and function

• Using enterprise thinking to develop best solution for Mars and influencing teams to activate

• Exhibiting high levels of intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial behavior

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all locations listed within the job posting:USD 107,071.00 - USD 147,223.00
