This role provides global depth technical and functional knowledge for Make (Supply Chain Inbound, QFS & SPM) SAP ERP areas.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong Supply Chain Inbound SAP ERP area experience, preferred on FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry. Experience on Business areas will be a plus.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in the functional SCI, QFS, SPM area preferably in an It Role as Business or Product Analyst and related areas.
  • Experience in S4/Hanna, ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum certifications will be a plus.
  • Strong relationship and influencing experience with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with DevOps behaviors.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Manage the demand with the business (CIPs, projects, major incidents, special requests), including address escalation of incidents/requests/problems/demands from business.
  • Involvement on transformational programs/projects to provide functional and technical expertise, collaborating with since the design until go live of products, including Service Introduction role when needed.
  • Service management with 3rd Party vendors based on role model operational excellence, with overall accountability on the metrics for service (SLAs. Availability, performance, etc.)
  • Development management with 3rd Party vendors based on role model development excellence, with overall accountability on metrics for development.
  • Strong collaboration with business to translate business functional requirements into actual practical and working IT solution specifications and assuring high level of satisfaction from the customers.
  • Manage and execute technical design, development and configuration activities for products and services on Make area.
  • Supports design authority role for the Make, Supply Chain Inbound, QFS and SPM ERP area in the product team level, assessing impacts and approving all the initiatives that are going to be related to products and services on this product team.
  • Seek highly automated solutions and new approaches across the business processes and internal processes.
  • Partnership with Product Owner and/or Functional Experts on continuous improvement, evolution of the product and lifecycle management.
  • Create high added value documented solutions developed according to the defined rules in place, to assure global support and business continuity.
  • Participate on new design for solutions, services, and products together with Business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, Transformational programs, Strategic Functional Capabilities, Business Partnership, etc.
  • Providing supervision and guidance to development teams around the current product and services design, assuring the design is protected and the global/mandate processes are secured.
  • Continuously assess the current portfolio and applications lifecycle, assuring the systems have vendor-supported versions and patching, suggesting applications retirement, upgrades or new solutions when necessary.
  • Participate and collaborate on a Community of Practices related to his functional and technical areas.
  • Assist with change management activities, including releases and production slots.
  • Accountable for process and technical knowledge gathering, update and validation of products and services under Make ERP area including documentation/knowledge from external teams that will touch those services and products.
