What you’ll be doing...
You will be working on the SAP Platform Services team and responsible for the quality and timely delivery of SAP projects in the new Product Operating Model. While overseeing the day-to-day development operations, you will think and act strategically. You will focus on supporting our stakeholders, and reviewing and implementing emerging technologies while designing systems that enforce security controls and progress us in our journey to unify our support processes and drive process improvements to help speed our digital end user transformation. Lead the team and coordinate with other teams for successful delivery of integrated solutions.
Design, build, and configure SAP applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Ensuring timely delivery of all development projects.
Partnering with external vendors as needed.
Driving project deliverables and liaising with other teams.
Understanding business needs and leading thoughtful design discussions around meeting those business needs in a standard manner fully leveraging SAP product capabilities.
Manage a team to drive the deliverable from Verizon India
Employee Growth management, Performance management.
Participating in Platform Engineering Initiatives and partnering with Platform Engineering teams to drive Quality, Innovation and Efficiency.
Supporting the business unit operational objectives by building key stakeholder relationships, providing quality solutions to the business.
Identifying and driving process improvement opportunities and implements solutions utilizing current and emerging technologies.
Planning and supporting platform upgrades.
Focusing on people excellence: Drive high performance team aligned with the Organizational purpose, nurture talent, build workforce with future ready skills, develop roles and capabilities to fulfill strategic workforce planning
Driving Culture of Collaboration and Innovation: Instill behaviors and influence positive actions to leverage the network(teams) and continuous improvement.
Championing Change: Instill trust and confidence during change and align actions to the purpose of change
Inspire open and learning mindset within the team, overcome orthodoxy and lead with example, setting strong expectations on core values of respect, integrity, accountability, performance excellence and social responsibility
Demonstrating strong leadership skills, collaborating across various functions including identifying best practices and delivering successful cross functional initiatives.

What we’re looking for...
You will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or six or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Must have 2 or more end-end implementation experience
Strong Technical knowledge and hands on experience in SAP Platforms like SAP S/4 HANA ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAP Master Data Governance
Hands on experience in CDS, OData, and ABAP 7.5 along with tool knowledge of SEGW etc.
Knowledge in SAP Business Technical Platforms (BTP)
Good knowledge of Interfaces, Enhancement Framework, Workflows and Portal Integrations
Experience working on full life cycle implementation projects in SAP S4 HANA.
Experience in Developing SAP Solutions integrating with Consumer and Enterprise Applications
Good understanding of Supply Chain and Finance business processes at high level
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Jira
Experience in Agile development methodologies.
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good team and organizational planning skills, sound judgment, high sense of urgency, attention to detail and strong time management skills.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Master's degree in Business.
SAP Technical Certification.
SAP Activate methodology certification
Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry.
