The Sales Support Executive plays a crucial role in maximizing the efficiency of our national sales operations. In this position, you will provide critical administrative, logistics, and planning support to our field sales teams. By taking ownership of internal reporting and operational execution, you will streamline processes and ensure our commercial teams have everything they need to deliver outstanding business results. 📈
🎯 What will be your key responsibilities?
🤝 Interaction with Key Accounts:
- Communicate promotional offers, log logistics data, and manage Best Before Date (\BBD) and Out of Stock (\OOS) inquiries.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring strong relationship management.
📊 Planning & Administration:
- Perform data entry in the demand planning system, input data in the Promo tool, and run pre/post-ROI evaluations of sales activities.
- Gather Trade Expenditure evidence for invoice approval and review Trade Expenditure accruals before Period closing.
- Prepare materials for sales meetings and draft high-impact presentations.
📦 Logistic Data Management:
- Collect information about product changes and supply chain updates.
- Take part in crucial \BBD and \OOS mitigation meetings.
- 📝 Internal Reporting:
- Prepare and distribute daily sales out reports, as well as internal reports on a periodic and ad-hoc basis.
- Provide key information on promotions and Point of Sale Materials (\POSM) to the field force team and distributors.
- Collect and organize information related to sales team activities.
- Support sales-related projects by providing critical data analysis as needed.
🔍 What are we looking for?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a similar role related to assisting sales teams and preparing sales reports.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and high-level administrative skills.
- Languages: Fluent English; knowledge of the local language is a benefit.
- Computer literacy with a strong, advanced working knowledge of MS Excel.
