Sales Executive Apprentice

Bradford (remote)

Salary £22,000 + annual company bonus

This is an exciting opportunity to join Mars Wrigley on an 18 month Apprenticeship, where you will be working towards the Sales Executive Apprenticeship – Level 4 qualification. This role offers the ability to progress and build a career within Mars post completion of the Apprenticeship.

You will take part in fantastic training courses and team building events, whilst tackling real challenges and taking on real responsibility. You’ll need to be a great team player and communicator, with the motivation to get results and a positive mindset. As a Mars Apprentice you will gain a professional qualification, as well as on the job experience.

What would be your responsibilities?

  • Develop effective relationships with all key contacts within Stores in order to increase Mars Wrigley’s sales

  • Implement Customer Account Activity plan in order to deliver excellent distribution and display of all agreed promotions

  • Develop a strong Category understanding and use this knowledge to influence the key decision makers to support your vision for in store success

  • Meet your targets on Coverage and completion so that we are able to meet our customers at the right time

  • Place equipment and improve existing equipment to ensure in store stand out of the Mars Wrigley portfolio

  • Follow the Mars Wrigley structured selling process which will help you become best in class within Field Sales

  • Attend all required Training sessions and complete self-directed learning activities on time and in full

What are we looking for?

  • You'll be required to have a full UK driving license and able to travel within your region daily and occasionally to other Mars locations

  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grades 9 – 4 or A* – C, including English and maths
