REQUIRED SHIFT:

• Night shift, 6:30pm-7:00am
• Pitman Schedule

As Quality Conformance Coordinator or QCC at Mars, you will collaborate with the operators in the value stream on root cause analysis and escalates to support departments or areas as required, use existing procedures to solve standard problems, analyze information and standard practices to make judgements and recommendations.

What are we looking for?

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2 plus years of demonstrated success in manufacturing/quality experience

• Knowledge of food safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Safety, Engineering, Chemistry or related technical field

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Key interface between R&D related activities and the value stream, including communication of value stream initiatives to site R&D community

• Accountability for managing an effective corrective/preventive plan, including verification of effective implementation

• Quality lead in value stream routine management meetings and quality reviews

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
