We're looking for a Project Engineer to join our Engineering team and play a key role in delivering capital investment projects within our manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity to work on impactful projects from day one, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring engineering solutions to life and support the continued growth of our business.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Support the delivery of engineering and capital investment projects from concept through implementation and handover.
• Contribute to equipment installation, process improvements, commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Partner with production, maintenance, quality, safety, and external suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and review technical specifications, layouts, documentation, and engineering solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and in compliance with Mars engineering, quality, and environmental standards.
• Identify technical risks and proactively support problem-solving during project execution.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, costs, and deliverables within assigned workstreams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and performance.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Previous experience delivering engineering, automation, manufacturing, process, utilities, or industrial projects within a production environment.
• Hands-on involvement in project execution, installation, commissioning, or implementation activities, rather than solely coordinating or overseeing projects.
• Experience working in cross-functional project teams and contributing to the successful delivery of investment projects.
• Strong technical curiosity and a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to identify risks, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive actions to completion.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive approach, passion for continuous improvement, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
