Join Our Growing Mars Snacking Team in Ballarat – We’re Hiring Across the Factory!

Permanent, onsite roles in Ballarat with 5-day rotating shift roster (Days & Nights).

At Mars Snacking, we’re looking for passionate, hands-on people to help us continue making the high-quality products we all love and know!

What You’ll Do:

• Firstly, you’ll want to have a love for Manufacturing!

• Operate and monitor equipment using software systems and hands-on checks.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repairs efficiently.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain smooth operations.

• Safely run multiple pieces of equipment, ensuring on-time, high-quality production.

• Uphold quality and safety standards while providing detailed shift handovers.

What are we looking for?

• Have an interest in working in Manufacturing!

• Reliable, willingness to learn and adaptable to change.

• Desire for wanting to add value and continuously upskill is key.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• High attention to detail.

• Relatable prior working experience.

• Trade certification is an added bonus, but not essential.
