  • Based onsite Asquith, fixed day shift – 4-day work week

We’re seeking motivated Operators to join our Production Team, where you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality products enjoyed by millions. You’ll work a fixed shift pattern across a 4-day work week, giving you more time outside of work.

What you’ll do:

  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Ensure products meet Mars’ quality and safety standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Complete clear shift handovers and plan ahead for schedule changes.

  • Work collaboratively to achieve team production targets.

Your unique ingredients:

  • Have an interest in working in manufacturing.

  • Reliable, willingness to learn and adaptable to change.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Keen to learn and develop.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Able to follow procedures and show initiative.

  • Mechanical aptitude desirable but not essential.
