What are we looking for?

  • Performs defined assignments in the entry level of the technical leadership career band

  • Typically requires a college or university degree and has conceptual knowledge of theories, principles and practices

  • Works independently and receives instruction, guidance and direction with general supervision

  • May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • As Product Design roles which fuel the innovation pipeline (build, expand and disrupt core innovation), identifying and translating consumer, shopper and customer insights into key quality attributes (KQA's) and desirable product taken from first prototype through to industrial production. Custodians of brand technical knowledge and accountable for ensuring KQA's are set and maintained during change projects (raws, process or continuous improvement).

  • As Product Owner delivers value and efficiency by driving product quality, assuring consumer safety and promoting efficiency based on robust science while developing consumer-relevant products and process.

  • As Manufacturing Technical Product Development work focuses on improving or developing new products, raw materials, systems, or processes including: •Ensuring that research and design methodologies meet established scientific and engineering standards •Assisting with formulating business plans and budgets for product development •Analyzing quality/safety test results to ensure compliance with internal and external standards •Monitoring product development outcomes to ensure technical, functional, cost, and timing targets are met In some organizations, may be responsible for managing product regulatory approval process.
