Job Description:

Process Improvement Coordinators are part of the structure responsible for the transformation of DTS (Direct to Store Channel) processes. The primary objective is to achieve maximum distribution, optimize resources, and establish DTS as a key driver of growth for PN Mexico, ensuring we win in the traditional Mexican market in the upcoming years.

DTS is projected to become the top demand-generation channel in the future. Therefore, strategic Process Improving management and resource allocation will be critical success factors in achieving both top-line and bottom-line KPIs.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical, Business Engineering, Business Administration or a related field

  • Advanced English

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including the use of pivot tables, complex formulas, and Power Query for data manipulation and analysis.

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred, Tableau is a plus) to create dashboards, generate reports, and derive actionable business insights from large datasets


What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and manage the implementation of new systems or system enhancements to drive efficiency.

  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for strategic initiatives, including expansion into new territories and the rollout of process blueprints.

  • Develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and resources, and ensure successful execution from pilot to full-scale deployment.

  • Create clear process documentation, develop and deliver training programs, establish communication plans, and provide ongoing support to operational teams.
