Job Description:

To ensure cohesion between identified functional pillars and the connection to our Mars/Wrigley environment. Drives the team towards project objectives.


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related scientific or technical disciplines would be required

  • Relevant 5+ year experience in closely related industry would be required

  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and on high performing teams

  • Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills


What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Monitors planning & status from all functional pillars towards workstream objectives

  • Maintains helicopter perspective and monitors workstream progression

  • First point of contact on site - and often physically present on site & shopfloor

  • Owns and plan resources required for successful project progress and seamless execution. Is flexible in mobilising extra resources or re-arranging existing ones when issues are identified.

  • Requires and obtain all relevant information about new technologies in process and/or packing part of our business, anylyse them and coordinates all activities to achieve agreement about new technologies implementation for project. Guarantee future retrofit when agreed for specific technology.

  • Supports engineering solutions for process and/or packing areas, develops material flow study and operational procedures.

  • Integrates new line with existing manufacturing facilities. Propose scheduling principles and operation model for start up and regular production.

  • Develop production flow modeling for new line and possible interactions.

  • Prepare and present progress reports according to communication plan

  • Activelly participates on project leadership meetings, cooperates with other WSL in the team and takes responsibility for whole project execution.

  • Attends and contributes to all assigned meetings identified by project leadership team.

  • Follow all GMP/GHP rules and require the same from other associetes and contractors.

  • Treats safety as number one priority, acts as a role model and guide/controls that others are in full complienment with safety rules.
