Location: Warsaw, Prague or Bucharest 🐱🐶🐕🐈‍⬛🐾

The role exists to deploy, lead and govern the plans to enable delivery of our business strategies for respective product portfolio 🐱( innovation,renovation, simplification for growth).

The role orchestrates PNE commercial strategy translation into Cluster portfolio plans and translates brand plans into execution plans to be deployed in partnership with the x-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities 🐾:

Portfolio Strategy & Simplification for Growth

  • Lead the development and deployment of portfolio strategies across cluster markets, driving growth through innovation, renovation, and simplification for growth agenda, guided by PNE Growth Strategy.

  • Act as a portfolio performance champion, identifying gaps, unlocking opportunities, and ensuring alignment with regional and local priorities.

  • Drive a scaled, CE Cluster approach, moving beyond fragmented market execution - Role model Fewer Bigger Better approach.

Portfolio Governance & Deployment planning

  • Own portfolio plan alignment and deployment through key signature processes e.g. S2W,Innovation and portfolio deployment stagegates, S&OP+ etc.

  • Establish and lead structured governance and alignment processes to track and follow-through performance, manage trade-offs, and ensure delivery against strategic objectives with local and regional teams.

Execution & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Achieve Excellence in Execution role modeling high performance culture via robust x-functional collaboration with Cluster and regional Teams.

  • Partner with regional teams to align on portfolio decisions, execution roadmaps and support needed – critical member of PDM calls and Regional Cluster Connects.

  • Translate portfolio and brand strategies into clear, actionable plans and ensure end-to-end delivery and follow-through

  • Embed structured follow-through processes into S&OP+ to ensure visibility, accountability, and speed of execution.

  • Orchestrate best in class trade stories and deployment plans leveraging category insights, brand strategies supported by executional plans per initiative (innovation, renovation etc)

Performance Analytics & Value Delivery

  • Lead portfolio performance tracking through KPI scorecards, financial analysis, and growth bridge insights

  • Proactively manage Risk&Opp assessment and drive supporting actions for acceleration/gap closing.

What are we looking for ⚞ • ⚟?

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • Strong proven experience in FMCG marketing, category management, or business strategy, ideally in a regional or cluster role.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and influence cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in category insights, financial analysis, and performance tracking.

  • Experience in working across multiple markets, preferably within Central Europe (CE), with a strong understanding of regional dynamics.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills, strong follow-through mindset.

  • Able to build network and influence
