質の伴う成長でマーケットシェアを高め、会社に利益貢献していくことを牽引していく。

• 広域チェーン本部､エリアで優先順位の高い、またハンドルが難しい小売、卸本部を担当する。
• 担当企業と成長目標を共有し、営業戦略に基づいた適切なプランをアカウントプランニングを通じてカスタマイズして立案、実行し、達成をリードすることで中長期的な取り組みを築く。
• 帳合特約店、バックオフィス、エリアセールス、MD活動を行う委託業者と協働する。
• 今までのやり方にとらわれず、新しい考え・取り組みを提案し、率先してチーム内や自身の行動に取り入れ、実践する。
• 自身のエリアチーム内でのリーダーシップの発揮を行うとともに、TMチームと連携して現場からの必要なインプットを行い、MJの新製品や新しい取り組みがより現場に役立つように貢献をする。
• 自走する組織の一員として、積極的に様々な課題に対してチャレンジし、必要な場合にはLMやSenior Mgrs、ディレクターに提言やレコをあげていく。

Key Responsibilities

• 自己責任において業務をリード。通常窓口との商談ではMGRには報告ベースのみにできるように。問題があった場合には指示待ちではなく提案までをMGRに。商談相手が通常窓口の上司だった場合はLMのサポートを受けながら実施。
• 今までのやり方にとらわれず、新しい考え・取り組みを提案し、率先してチーム内や自身の行動に取り入れ、実践する。
• 担当チェーン毎の現状把握・分析が行うことができ、効果的なアカウントプランニングを実行出来るようにする。（カスタマーマーケティングのサポートがつくチェーンは、カスタマーマーケティングと協業）
• MDチームとも協業し、キーアカウントにおいて店舗レベルでも全てのプラン（配荷・露出）が実施されるようリードする。
• 担当企業の活動の進捗管理、問題や機会の発見を行い、マネージャーや関係部署にタイムリーに共有し、協議の上、適切な対策を講じる。
• 担当企業のアカウントプランニングおよび、定期的な進捗確認を通じて、プランニングスキルの向上を行う。お互いの売上成長や利益成長などの共有目標と達成のためのWin-Winの提案をリード。年契や取り組みの実務面リード､全国進捗の報告､アクションの確認､情報シェアなど。提案書は自身で得意先にカスタマイズできたものを作成できる。
• 関連部署との協働によるビジネスへの貢献
• 担当業務だけでなく、セールス組織全体へも影響力を発揮し、協業を実行する。
• 自身のエリアのMGRサポートを率先して行い、チームエンゲージメントをリードしていく。ジュニアメンバーへのサポートを率先していく。

• 営業戦略、エリア戦略に沿ったアカウント別プランの立案、実行
• エリア戦略へのインプット
• 店舗案件対応の決断
• チーム運営へのインプット、実行のリード

• セールスチーム 営業（エリア、チーム）戦略・プランの実行
• トレードマーケティングチーム/マーケティングチーム 営業戦略へのインプット

Education & Professional Qualifications

• 大学卒
• 普通自動車第1種運転免許取得

Knowledge / Experience

• 営業経験あり（消費財の営業経験があればなお可）
