Pay: $20.49/hour and $1.50/ hour shift premium
Schedule Requirements
This position requires the ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including a combination of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts. Schedule will be discussed during interview.
8-Hour Shifts
- First Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Second Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- Third Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
12-Hour Shifts
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Future Schedule Changes
Beginning in 2027, the facility is expected to transition to a rotating 12-hour shift schedule. Additional details will be provided as they become available.
Description of Role:
Operator Filling Line are experts in operating equipment, machinery, and systems within their assigned area. They are responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products, performing machine operations and changeovers, and supporting the training of other team members.
What are we looking for?
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
1 year experience in manufacturing
Physical Requirements:
Frequent lifting/carrying pushing (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)
Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling and gripping
Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, leaning over equipment and work in confined spaces
Ability to stand and/or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift).
Ability to read, write and speak English
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
JDA and ATLAS knowledge or other warehouse management systems experience
Experience maintaining accurate inventory records
Forklift certification
What will be your Key Responsibilities?
Performs activities and job tasks within a manufacturing line or area
Operates equipment and changeovers in a safe and efficient manner
Takes corrective actions in solving problems to root cause level
Able to assess equipment operating reliability and perform routine repairs, adjustments, and malfunction troubleshooting
Performs and/or works with Maintenance to complete equipment preventative maintenance (PM)
Performs quality control (QC) tasks such as metal checks, inspection of date codes, item numbers, dump logs, etc.
Maintain accurate records of quality check and keeps detailed logbooks
