What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: GCSEs Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Passion for Leadership: Show us your interest in leading and working hands-on.
Digital Champion: Passionate about using digital ways of working.
Eager to Learn: Ready to soak up knowledge and skills.
You'll be required to work shifts in this role, and as such we require you to be 18+ by the 6th September 2027
Your Role:
Team Collaboration: Develop the ability to work effectively as a cross-functional team, which includes fellow operators, on-site engineers, Quality and Safety personnel, to achieve outstanding results.
Problem Solving Skills: Learning how to operate, diagnose faults, and maintain our equipment within a factory setting.
Safety First: Apply Mars’ quality and safety standards to protect our people and products.
