Logistics manager-North

Job Description:

1.3PL Management

（1）Oversee end-to-end daily operational management of 3PL vendors for the Northern hub, including inbound receiving, warehousing management, co-packing，D2C，inventory control, order picking, outbound delivery and return processing.

（2）Conduct regular 3PL performance assessment, track service KPIs including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy and operational compliance, and drive continuous rectification and improvement.

（3）Fully control the inbound, outbound and internal turnover of materials and finished goods in the national warehouse, ensure all logistics activities comply with company rules and industrial norms.

（4）Optimize 3PL collaboration mechanisms, balance operational service level and overall cost efficiency, and deliver stable and high-quality logistics output for regional business.

（5）Manage daily communication and cross-department coordination with 3PL partners to resolve operational exceptions, risks and bottlenecks in a timely manner.

2.Quality representative of N-hub

（1） Fully understand and deploy corporate distribution quality standards, take charge of full-picture quality implementation and supervision for all N-hub.

（2）Organize regular internal quality review, summarize operational quality risks, launch continuous improvement projects, and standardize daily quality management behaviors of the operation team.

（3）Collaborate with the QMP team to iterate, update and optimize operational SOPs, ensure all procedures are aligned with actual warehouse and delivery operations.

（4）Take responsibility for annual LRQA audit material preparation, on-site audit coordination and rectification tracking, ensure zero major non-conformity in internal and external quality audits.

（5）Strictly implement the company’s quality management system and quality control requirements throughout the entire logistics process, guarantee traceability, compliance and stability of all operational links.

3.Project management

（1）Develop teamwork, build cross-functional relationships with all internal and external members, follow PDCA processes to achieve target

（2）Independently lead or participate in supply chain optimization projects, fully track project progress, milestone delivery and result landing.

（3）Undertake preliminary planning, preparation and operational system construction for new distribution center layout and new 3PL warehouse launch projects. Analyze and explore requirements management in daily operations, while coordinating resources and teams to ensure project implementation

（4）Assist the logistics management team in team capability building, operational process standardization, system training and talent development.

（5）Drive digital transformation and operational optimization of warehouse and transportation business, including logistics system upgrading, inventory replenishment mechanism optimization, picking mode iteration and distribution efficiency improvement.

（6）Identify operational pain points and inefficiency links, propose feasible optimization solutions, and promote standardized, lean and digital development of northern regional logistics operations.

（7）Set goals and plans, implement monitoring and regular reporting (including resources, costs, investments, time, schedule and analysis

4.Cross-functional & Cross-site Collaboration

（1）Collaborate with TJN（Tianjin plant）to align operational standards，Drive cross-site coordination to facilitate efficient finished goods distribution and ensure stable logistics transportation

（2）Coordinate shipment schedules and handover procedures with the TJN（Tianjin plant）to reduce delivery delays，drive logistics process optimization，Resolve logistics exceptions and issues timely in coordination with the Tianjin plant.

（3）Cooperate with the planning team to optimize inventory structure and improve inventory utilization.

（4）Partners with relevant headquarters functions to align logistics plans, comply with global quality and EHS standards, mitigate operational risks and continuously improve end-to-end supply chain performance.

5.System KU

（1）Understand whole DC operation process in crystal clear.

（2）Understand ERP/WMS/TMS/Webshot/Agnostics system as function expert

（3）As Key User representative of N-hub, raise ticket to central services once system operation crash, track the solution progress till it resolved

（4）Support new initiatives in supply chain from system feasibility point of view
