Lean Manufacturing Deployment Manager
Salary range: £48,500 - £54,000

Join our Lean and CI team as a TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Lead and help shape our roadmap to enhance operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English.
- Extensive experience in Supply or Supply Chain roles (e.g., IE, Technical, Lean, Operations, or Logistics).
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Lean management principles, tools, and techniques.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience in TPM deployment and/or program management.
- Background in leading step-change initiatives and best practice roll-outs.
Key Responsibilities:
- TPM Implementation: Develop and deploy the Lean Manufacturing roadmap aligned with site priorities and strategic goals.
- Maturity Assessment: Conduct maturity assessments and gap analyses to drive targeted improvements.
- Collaboration & Coaching: Work with pillar leads to co-create and execute implementation plans, providing guidance and development support.
- Training & Education: Deliver TPM education programs and coach pillar leads, ensuring effective program delivery.
- Change Management (CVS): Project manage commissioning, validation, and start-up activities for new assets, products, and packaging, while tracking performance and communicating key risks and opportunities to local and regional teams.
