Job Overview
The core purpose of this role is to support and collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager (KAM) for Food & Nutrition segment in Norway.
This means both undertaking administrative tasks within external and internal systems, as well as preparing background analysis for price and promotional negotiations, setting the Senior KAM up for success in high stake external meetings and situations. In addition, the KAM support will manage investment budgets and booking of invoices. This role is ideal for the associate who aims to build a career within Sales function, towards KAM, as it’ll be filled with hands on experience working behind the scenes of customer management, and learning the business
What will be your key responsibilities?
Daily and weekly tracking of sales
Promotional monthly forecasting
Forecast analysis and deep dive on deviation
Support maintaining budgets and invoice approvals
Updating data in customers’ external systems
Preparation for Key Account Manager’s customer meetings – analysing category performance, planograms, pricing development in market, etc.
Collaborate with Nordic Category manager and Nordic Strategic Revenue manager
Supporting the sales account teams with customer administration tasks (e.g. derogation forms, price file support)
Developing new ways of working to drive efficiency
What are we looking for?
Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent.
English proficiency, and Norwegian is highly preferred
Highly numerate and analytical, with strong communication skills
Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Applicants will be required to learn relevant tools in depth to perform their tasks
