Invoice to Cash Cluster Operations Leader (f/m/x)

Hybrid working (up to 50%)

Location: Warsaw

We are looking for a dynamic I2C Cluster Operations Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be the regional expert for the I2C (Invoice-to-Cash) and in the future entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including credit management, collections, cash application, and deductions management. You will be responsible for optimizing I2C services delivered by our BPO Hub team and will serve as the primary point of contact for cluster Sales and Finance stakeholders to deliver on strategic goals. Your success will be driven through structured governance, data-driven insights, and effective stakeholder influence.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Work closely with BPO provider teams to deliver finance outcomes and meet performance targets (SLAs, KPIs, quality, and controls).
  • Lead and participate in governance reviews (Tier 3 and Tier 5) to track performance, actions, and risks.
  • Hold the BPO team accountable for performance using scorecards and data from Celonis, Power BI, and High Radius.
  • Build trusted relationships with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Controllership stakeholders.
  • Translate operational performance into clear, outcome-focused insights and recommendations.
  • Drive initiatives to unlock cash, reduce overdue balances, and minimize bad debt risk, contributing to regional and global cash flow targets.
  • Use data and dashboards to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Own and manage a continuous improvement pipeline with the BPO team.
  • Drive the standardization of processes across the cluster and support automation and transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure operational controls are performed effectively and evidence is prepared in a timely manner.
  • Support internal and external audits as needed.

What are we looking for?

  • A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting positions, preferably in or I2C (invoice to Cash) or O2C (Order to Cash).
  • Fluency in English (C1 level).
  • French language would be nice to have.
  • Experience in cooperation with BPO providers is a must.
  • Lean / Six Sigma Green belt certification will be an asset.
  • A proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering measurable results in DSO reduction and cash flow improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A creative problem-solver with proven analytical and data manipulation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Project management experience with the ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environment.
